  • Up to 70% loan-to-value for purchases and rate/term refinances (see guidelines).
  • Up to 65% loan-to-value for cash-out refinances (see guidelines).
  • $100,000 minimum loan amount.
  • $5,000,000 maximum loan amount.
  • US citizens, permanent resident aliens, and foreign nationals with valid passport and US visa are allowed. Undocumented aliens with ITIN numbers are not allowed under this program.
  • Owner-user, second home or investment properties.
  • Income is stated and not verified.
  • Documented ability to repay may be applicable under certain scenarios.
  • Purchase, rate and term, or cash out refinance.
  • SFR, PUDs, condos, townhouses, and 2-4 units allowed.
  • Mixed-use residential property with commercial influence allowed on case-by-case basis.
  • No reserves required.
  • All loans require impounding of property taxes and hazard insurance.
  • Available as a 5/1 ARM or 7/1 ARM only, amortized over 30 years.
  • No prepayment penalty.
